Job Summary: This position is a full-time position that must be filled by an experienced legal counsel with at least 6-8 years of experience in corporate and contract law in a multinational corporation or law firm. The role will have a strong focus on compliance and regulation, as well as data protection and commercial law. Our team is responsible for addressing the local aspects of global initiatives, in collaboration with a global network of GCC lawyers. The GCC team is continuously adapting to help Swedish and Nordic companies meet new legal challenges while continuing to innovate.
This provides an easy one-stop shop for business consultants and legal procurement services to gather information about the companies they want to hire. 6 to 8 years of relevant legal experience in a private company or law firm. 1.Legal support and interface with internal stakeholders in Sweden and the Nordic and Baltic countries.2.Support local and global projects by providing legal advice as needed and related to Sweden.3.Draft and review procurement, marketing and other agreements and related documents to support Accenture`s internal operations. 4.Assist in the implementation of global anti-corruption and government compliance support programs, competition law, trade compliance, ethics and anti-money laundering.5.Monitor regulatory developments, advise and work with the GCC Nordic Legal Officer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. 6. In general, to provide legal advice, advice and guidance to Accenture`s business units in Sweden to ensure the greatest possible protection of Accenture`s statutory rights and the mitigation of legal risks. 7. Working with Nordic GCC`s General Counsel, you will ensure compliance with local laws by local operations as part of Accenture`s global compliance program and other Accenture policies.8.Working with the Nordic GCC General Counsel, we provide regular support and monitoring of Accenture`s general local legal requirements. 9.Organization and direct legal support in coordination with the Data Privacy Team, Accenture Anti-Bribery Team and other compliance teams, as well as other subject matter experts from the Employment Law Team and the Contract Legal Department.10.Provide Nordic market unity and local legal support to other functions of the company, in particular the National Managing Director, Finance, Human Resources, Tax, Marketing, Workplace and Procurement.11.Litigation and Dispute Support, Corporate Investigations and Internal Audit Team, as required.12.Relations: Reports to the GCC Legal Officer for the Nordic and Baltic countries.
