To ensure you have the right experts on your team, no matter where you live, the CF Foundation supports and accredits a network of more than 110 CF care centres across the country. In your centre, doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians, respiratory therapists and other service providers work closely with you to provide you with the best care and the latest treatments available. Since cystic fibrosis is a complex condition, whether a family member has just been diagnosed or you are living with CF, you probably have a lot of questions. This is a recreational grant for teens and young adults to encourage physical activity. You can get up to $500 to use over a one-year period. You can also choose to include a companion or recovery mentor in your activities. You will then receive up to $1000 that you can use over a period of 1 year.
