Legal Affairs Officer Job Description
The Chief Legal Officer heads the Group`s legal department and is responsible for the legal affairs of the entire company. This role includes providing legal advice to the Board of Directors, the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer and other officers. OCOL must have strong initiative, excellent management and leadership skills, and business acumen.
