What is the Legal Services Network? The Connecticut Legal Services Network is a collaboration of five nonprofit legal aid agencies that provide civil legal aid to low-income individuals and families. Part of the funding for these programs comes from the Legal Services Corporation (LSC), an agency created by the federal government to fund state legal aid agencies. The Legal Services Network also comes from local agencies such as the United Way and special trusts established by local bar associations.
