We offer notary and justice of the peace services free of charge to all existing clients. You must pay sales tax or use tax on all taxable copies you purchase to provide legal services. Examples: We provide legal advice, analysis and review on a wide range of topics, including tax and automotive matters, human resources, government procurement, and general state government law. We represent the Department in litigation before New Mexico`s administrative, state and federal courts. LSB also handles official protests from taxpayers who challenge tax debts, refusals to reimburse, requests for recovery or other measures of the Tax Administration Act.
