Constance E. Bagley is a senior fellow at Yale University and founder and CEO of Bagley Strategic Consulting Group LLC. Previously, she was Professor of Law and Management at Yale, Senior Scholar at Yale Law School, Associate Professor of Management at Harvard Business School, Senior Lecturer at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP. She is the author of Managers and the Legal Environment: Strategies for the 21st Century (9th) and co-author with Craig E. Dauchy of The Entrepreneur`s Guide to Law and Strategy (5th). She received her B.B. with honors from Stanford University and her J.D., magna laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was invited to join the Harvard Law Review. She also received an honorary doctorate in economics from Lund University. She has served as President of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and won its Senior Award of Excellence.
